The following critical programs are within the Office of Equitable Access:

• TDD Distribution Program
• Access Center
• Interpreter and Captioner Referral Services
• RID Interpreter Evaluations
• Deaf Access Stations

The Office of Equitable Access focuses on equitable access by deaf and hard of hearing individuals to opportunities that are currently denied them. This office also ensures equitable access to state government through its various programs, which include a free equipment distribution program interpreter and captioner referral services, and videoconferencing stations.
