In this section, you will find a great deal of information about a variety of topics such as assistive technology including assistive devices for people with hearing loss, captioning information and captioning links, hearing aid banks, cochlear implants, hearing loss tips including communication tips, deaf and hard of hearing friendly environment, managing hearing loss, advocacy and legal rights including how to advocate for yourself, advocacy tips, federal and state laws, complaint forms, courtroom accessibility, educational options, information of ADA and sign language information.

A deaf and hard of hearing resource library where individuals can search for books, CDs, videotapes, etc. that they are interested in and request them to be mailed to them or if they live in Frankfort, held for them to pick them up. In addition a helpful frequently asked questions (FAQ) is available. One of the most popular publications that KCDHH produces is a directory of services for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing. This document is available in this section.
